Case Management
The Family Support /Youth Outreach Workers will provide an intensive one-on-one intake assessment to identify necessary supports and services for youth and family participants.
(Individual and Group) Counselling
Family Support Workers and Youth Outreach Worker provides individual and group counselling for youth and families daily and by appointment.
Workshops
Youth Outreach Worker and Family Support/Youth Outreach Workers deliver workshops appropriate to the needs of youth and their families (e.g. family dynamics, healthy relationships, harm reduction, violence etc.)
Academic Upgrading
Youth Outreach Workers and Youth Peer Mentors will provide tutoring and individualized academic support for youth pursuing their diploma/GED.
